Awesome! Reiki is such a wonderful tool to use for yourself, your loved ones and your pet to heal on so many levels.
I have been teaching Reiki for about 10 years, level 1, 2, 3 and Reiki teacher level
* Level one* 1 class you will be introduced to Reiki and learn how to channel the universal healing energy of Reiki.
In this initial two nights training, you will gain a thorough understanding of the history and principles of Reiki healing, become attuned/initiated along with learning to harness and direct this healing energy to people, animals, plants, and yourself for the highest good. The course includes book and manual.
Here are some highlight:
· Reiki talk
o What is Reiki? And how do you explain it to friends and family?
o The history of Reiki and the different levels
o How does Reiki work and what can it heal. Learn to give the Reiki "Boost"
o Learn the 5 principles of Reiki and the 2 Spiritual Precepts
o An introduction to the 7 chakras
· Reiki attunement
o We prepare for the attunement
o Receive Reiki Level 1 attunement
· Self treatment
o Learn techniques for self healing
o Learn Kenyoku (dry bathing)
· Table work
o Learn Gassho and Prayer/Intention setting
o Learn the table practice of the 12 basic hand positions
